How would you describe your style?

Genuine. Warm. Heartfelt. My goal as a photographer is to capture all that is you and those whom you love. The silly faces in-between, the gazes of wonder and adoration, the bursts of laughter that erupt from a moment unexpected. Those are what I strive to find and capture within the short time spent with you.

Why pay a deposit?

Requiring a deposit gives you the security of knowing that I am actively planning and personalizing your session and expecting to meet and provide you with an experience and photos you will never regret. This deposit allows me to confidently add you to my appointment book without any booking conflicts.

How many photos do you take during each session?

On average about 200-300 photos per session regardless of which on you choose. It takes time to loosen up in front of the camera and I want you to have a wide variety of shots to choose from.

How long have you been a photographer?

I have been a professional photographer for about 10 years now, and if anything, my love for photography has only grown and is still something I hold dear to my heart.

Should I get hair and makeup done professionally for the session?

Yes. Hands down. YES. Having professional quality makeup accentuates your features and shows up beautifully in photos.

I'm not really photogenic...

Please listen carefully.... I don't believe you. Want to know why? Because it's my job to make sure you look good in the photos. Above all else, I strive to make sure your are comfortable and confident in front of the camera. I realize that each person has their own beauty and I look for ways to accentuate that beauty in the photographs. If you aren't "photogenic," then I have failed in my job as your photographer.

Is there anything I should keep in mind for my session?

I often schedule my session later in the evening around 5:30-6:30 to capture that gorgeous sunkissed light! This is also dinner time. I highly suggest that everyone involved is given a hearty snack, to prevent any hangry outbreaks.

So we've booked a session and have no idea of what to wear!
